By accessing or using ReusePass to claim or redeem digital coupons, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use ReusePass.

These Terms apply to all users who access coupon redemption links, whether through social media, QR codes, direct links, or any other method.

ReusePass is a platform that allows local businesses to offer reusable digital coupons to their customers. Unlike traditional one-time coupons, ReusePass coupons can be used multiple times based on the merchant's settings.

ReusePass facilitates the technical infrastructure for coupon distribution and redemption tracking. The actual discount or offer is provided by the participating merchant.

• Online: Provide redemption code with your order
• Phone Orders: Give redemption code when ordering

ReusePass operates on a privacy-first, account-free model:

• No registration or sign-up process
• No username or password to remember

Device Fingerprinting

We use browser-based device fingerprinting to:

• Track redemption eligibility and cooldown periods
• Prevent coupon abuse and fraud
• Ensure fair use for all customers
• This is anonymous and doesn't identify you personally

Privacy by Design

ReusePass is built with your privacy in mind:

• We don't require or store your name, email, or phone number
• Device fingerprints are anonymous identifiers
• Merchants cannot see your personal information
• We don't sell or share data with third parties
• No tracking cookies or advertising pixels

Your Privacy Rights

You have control over your data:

• Reset Your Device ID: Clear browser data to get a fresh start
• Opt-Out of Notifications: Disable push notifications anytime
• Data Deletion: Email privacy@reusepass.com to request deletion
• No Tracking: Use private/incognito mode for one-time use

ReusePass offers optional notification features to enhance your experience:

Push Notifications

• Get reminded when your cooldown period ends
• Receive alerts about new offers from merchants you've used
• Requires explicit browser permission (you'll see a popup)
• Works offline once enabled (Progressive Web App)
• Can be disabled anytime in browser settings

How to Manage Notifications

Notifications are completely optional and refusing them doesn't affect your ability to use coupons.

To ensure fair access for all customers, please follow these guidelines:

Acceptable Use

• Use coupons for personal purchases
• Share coupon links with friends and family
• Respect cooldown periods between uses
• Use one device per person for redemptions

Prohibited Activities

• No Fraud: Don't use fake information or circumvent restrictions
• No Automation: Don't use bots or scripts to claim coupons
• No Device Spoofing: Don't manipulate device fingerprints
• No Reselling: Don't sell or monetize coupon access
• No Commercial Use: Coupons are for individual consumers only

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Permanent device ban from ReusePass
• Merchant refusal to honor redemptions
• Legal action for fraud or damages

Merchant Responsibility

Important points about merchant offers:

• Merchants create and control their own offers
• ReusePass doesn't guarantee merchant will honor coupons
• Terms, restrictions, and exclusions are set by merchants
• Availability may be limited by location or inventory
• Merchants may modify or cancel campaigns at any time

Dispute Resolution

If you have issues with a redemption:

• First, contact the merchant directly
• ReusePass is not party to merchant-customer transactions
• We cannot force merchants to honor offers

Service Availability

ReusePass is provided "as is" and "as available":

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Coupons may become unavailable without notice
• Technical issues may prevent redemptions
• Service may be discontinued at any time

No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REUSEPASS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY OF MERCHANT INFORMATION
• AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS
• SAVINGS OR ECONOMIC BENEFIT

Limitation of Liability

ReusePass shall not be liable for:

• Merchant refusal to honor coupons
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Travel costs or time spent
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Use ReusePass at your own risk. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with platform operation
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the system
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or harm merchants or other users
• Engage in any activity that damages ReusePass's reputation

By ReusePass

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You abuse the platform or coupons
• Required by law or court order
• The service is discontinued

By You

You can stop using ReusePass at any time by:

• Not accessing coupon links
• Clearing your browser data
• Disabling notifications
• Requesting data deletion

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your device will be blocked from accessing coupons
• Active coupons may become invalid
• Merchants may refuse to honor existing codes
• You remain bound by applicable Terms provisions

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by:

• Primary: United States Federal law
• Secondary: Laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Venue: Virginia Beach, Virginia

International Users

If you access ReusePass from outside the United States:

• You consent to U.S. law governing these Terms
• Local consumer protection laws may also apply
• You're responsible for compliance with local regulations

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Individual claims only (no class actions)

ReusePass may update these Terms at any time to:

• Address new legal requirements
• Improve clarity or fix errors

Notification

We'll notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Displaying a notice on the platform
• Push notification (if you've opted in)

Acceptance

Continued use of ReusePass after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, stop using the service.
